سياسة الاستخدام المقبول

Video Maker can make a person look and sound real. These rules protect people, and protect you.

تستطيع Video Maker أن تجعل شخصًا يبدو ويُسمع كأنه حقيقي. وهذه القواعد تحمي الناس وتحميك.

1. Real people: photos and voicesالأشخاص الحقيقيون: الصور والأصوات

• Do not make a person appear to say or do something they did not.لا تجعل شخصًا يبدو وكأنه قال أو فعل ما لم يقله أو يفعله.
• Do not impersonate a person, a company or an authority, or use someone's identity to mislead.لا تنتحل شخصية شخص أو شركة أو جهة رسمية ولا تستخدم هوية أحد للتضليل.
• Do not make fake endorsements, testimonies or news.لا تصنع تأييدات أو شهادات أو أخبارًا مزيفة.
• If someone withdraws permission, remove the video.إذا سحب شخص موافقته فأزل الفيديو.

2. Be open about animated and AI presentersكن شفافًا بشأن المقدّمين المتحركين وبالذكاء الاصطناعي

Tell your audience when a presenter is animated or generated, for example in the description or on the video. Never present a generated presenter as a real recorded person when that could mislead.

أخبر جمهورك عندما يكون المقدّم متحركًا أو مولَّدًا، مثلًا في الوصف أو على الفيديو. ولا تعرض مقدّمًا مولَّدًا على أنه شخص حقيقي مسجَّل متى كان ذلك قد يضلل.

3. What you must not createما لا يجوز لك إنشاؤه

• Anything illegal, or that helps someone commit a crime.أي شيء غير قانوني أو يساعد على ارتكاب جريمة.
• Content that sexualises minors. We have zero tolerance and report it to the authorities.محتوى يستغل القاصرين جنسيًا. لا تسامح لدينا ونبلغ عنه السلطات.
• Hate, threats, harassment, bullying or content that promotes violence.الكراهية أو التهديد أو المضايقة أو التنمر أو المحتوى الذي يحرّض على العنف.
• Scams, phishing, fraud, or false emergency alerts, or harmful false safety, health or legal instructions.الاحتيال أو التصيّد أو النصب أو إنذارات الطوارئ الكاذبة أو التعليمات الكاذبة الضارة عن السلامة أو الصحة أو القانون.
• Sexual or extremely violent content.المحتوى الجنسي أو العنيف بشدة.
• Content that exposes private information of others, or breaks privacy or intellectual property rights.محتوى يكشف معلومات خاصة بالآخرين أو ينتهك الخصوصية أو حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
• Malware, or content meant to harm devices or accounts.برمجيات خبيثة أو محتوى يهدف إلى إيذاء الأجهزة أو الحسابات.

4. Official and safety contentالمحتوى الرسمي ومحتوى السلامة

Do not present your video as an official message of a government, a company or a school unless you are allowed to. Check emergency numbers, procedures and legal statements before you publish.

لا تقدّم فيديوك على أنه رسالة رسمية من حكومة أو شركة أو مدرسة ما لم يكن مصرّحًا لك بذلك. وتحقق من أرقام الطوارئ والإجراءات والعبارات القانونية قبل النشر.

5. Do not misuse the Serviceلا تسئ استخدام الخدمة

• No automated sign-ups, scraping or bots.لا تسجيلات آلية ولا استخراج بيانات ولا برامج آلية.
• Do not bypass plan limits or share an account to avoid paying.لا تتجاوز حدود الخطة ولا تشارك حسابًا لتفادي الدفع.
• Do not test the security of the Service, attack it, or overload it.لا تختبر أمن الخدمة ولا تهاجمها ولا ترهقها.
• Do not resell access without our written permission.لا تعد بيع الوصول دون إذن كتابي منا.

6. What we may doما يجوز لنا فعله

If content or behaviour breaks this policy we may remove the content, limit features, suspend or close the account, and report to the authorities where the law requires. We will tell you why when we can.

إذا خالف محتوى أو سلوك هذه السياسة فيجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى أو تقييد المزايا أو تعليق الحساب أو إغلاقه والإبلاغ للسلطات حيث يقتضي القانون. وسنخبرك بالسبب متى أمكن.

7. Report a problemأبلغ عن مشكلة

If you see a video that breaks these rules, or a video that shows you without your permission, use the Support page and choose "Report abuse", or write to video-admin@videomaker.omanportal.net. Include the link and what is wrong. We review every report.

إذا رأيت فيديو يخالف هذه القواعد أو فيديو يظهرك دون إذنك فاستخدم صفحة الدعم واختر «إبلاغ عن إساءة» أو اكتب إلى video-admin@videomaker.omanportal.net. أرفق الرابط وما المشكلة. ونراجع كل بلاغ.
