Wait two minutes and look in the spam or junk folder. Then open the Sign in page, enter your details and press "Send the confirmation email again". Still nothing? Write to us with the form below.

I forgot my passwordنسيت كلمة المرور
Use "Forgot your password?" on the Sign in page. The link works for one hour.
استخدم «نسيت كلمة المرور؟» في صفحة الدخول. الرابط صالح لمدة ساعة.
How do I get an Arabic voice?كيف أحصل على صوت عربي؟
Open a scene, press "Copy text", paste it in any Arabic text-to-speech website, download the audio and upload it to the scene. Or record your own voice with the microphone button.
افتح المشهد واضغط «نسخ النص» والصقه في أي موقع عربي لتحويل النص إلى صوت ثم نزّل الصوت وارفعه في المشهد. أو سجّل صوتك بزر الميكروفون.

Free accounts have limits on projects, storage and exports per month. Delete old projects to free space, wait for the next month, or ask for an upgrade from the Account page.
للحسابات المجانية حدود للمشاريع والتخزين والتصدير الشهري. احذف المشاريع القديمة لتحرير مساحة أو انتظر الشهر القادم أو اطلب ترقية من صفحة الحساب.
Creating the video is slow or stopsإنشاء الفيديو بطيء أو يتوقف
The video is made on your device. Keep the page open and the screen on, close other heavy apps, and try the "Smaller file" option. Very old phones can be slow.
يُصنع الفيديو على جهازك. أبقِ الصفحة مفتوحة والشاشة تعمل، وأغلق التطبيقات الثقيلة الأخرى، وجرّب خيار «ملف أصغر». الهواتف القديمة جدًا قد تكون بطيئة.
Can I make a photo talk?هل أستطيع جعل صورة تتحدث؟
Yes. In any scene tap "New presenter from a photo", upload a face photo and tap the eyes, mouth and chin. Only use photos of people who agreed. See the Acceptable Use policy.

How do I delete my account and data?كيف أحذف حسابي وبياناتي؟
Open Account, then "Delete my account". Your projects and pictures are removed from the server immediately.
افتح الحساب ثم «حذف حسابي». تُزال مشاريعك وصورك من الخادم فورًا.
