سياسة الخصوصية
What we collect, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we keep what we need to run your account, we do not track you, and you can delete everything.
ما الذي نجمعه ولماذا وما خياراتك. باختصار: نحتفظ بما نحتاجه لتشغيل حسابك ولا نتتبعك ويمكنك حذف كل شيء.
1. Who we areمن نحن
Video Maker is operated from the Sultanate of Oman and is available at videomaker.omanportal.net. We are responsible for your personal data in the Service. Contact: video-admin@videomaker.omanportal.net.
تُشغَّل Video Maker من سلطنة عُمان وتتوفر على videomaker.omanportal.net. نحن المسؤولون عن بياناتك الشخصية في الخدمة. للتواصل: video-admin@videomaker.omanportal.net.
2. What we collectما الذي نجمعه
- Account data: your name, email address, a hashed password (never the password itself), language, plan and the date you joined.بيانات الحساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور مشفّرة (وليست كلمة المرور نفسها) واللغة والخطة وتاريخ الانضمام.
- Your content: scripts, project settings and pictures you add, saved on our server only when you are signed in.محتواك: النصوص وإعدادات المشاريع والصور التي تضيفها، وتُحفظ على خادمنا فقط عند تسجيل الدخول.
- Usage data: how many videos you create each month and their length, to apply your plan limits.بيانات الاستخدام: عدد الفيديوهات التي تنشئها شهريًا ومدتها لتطبيق حدود خطتك.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, sign-in times and failed sign-in attempts, to keep accounts safe.بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح والجهاز وأوقات الدخول ومحاولات الدخول الفاشلة لحماية الحسابات.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.الرسائل التي ترسلها لنا عبر نموذج التواصل أو البريد.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, we do not use analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not collect payment card numbers.
لا نجمع معرّفات إعلانية ولا نستخدم برامج تحليل أو تتبع ولا نجمع أرقام البطاقات البنكية.
3. What stays on your deviceما يبقى على جهازك
Videos are created inside your browser on your device. Your projects are also kept in your browser storage (IndexedDB). If you do not sign in, nothing is sent to our server.
تُنشأ الفيديوهات داخل المتصفح على جهازك. وتُحفظ مشاريعك أيضًا في تخزين المتصفح (IndexedDB). وإذا لم تسجّل الدخول فلا يُرسل شيء إلى خادمنا.
4. How we use dataكيف نستخدم البيانات
- To provide the Service and sync your projects between your devices.لتقديم الخدمة ومزامنة مشاريعك بين أجهزتك.
- To sign you in, protect accounts and prevent abuse (contract and our legitimate interest in security).لتسجيل دخولك وحماية الحسابات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام (تنفيذ العقد ومصلحتنا المشروعة في الأمان).
- To send service emails: confirming your address, resetting your password, answering your messages. We do not send advertising emails.لإرسال رسائل الخدمة: تأكيد عنوانك وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور والرد على رسائلك. لا نرسل رسائل إعلانية.
- To apply plan limits and keep the Service reliable.لتطبيق حدود الخطة وإبقاء الخدمة موثوقة.
- To meet legal duties.للوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.
5. Other companies involvedجهات أخرى
- Our web hosting provider stores the data and sends our emails.مزوّد الاستضافة لدينا يخزّن البيانات ويرسل رسائلنا.
- For the in-browser English voice, your browser downloads the voice model from public content networks (jsDelivr and Hugging Face). They can see your IP address, as with any website you visit. They do not receive your script.للصوت الإنجليزي داخل المتصفح يحمّل متصفحك نموذج الصوت من شبكات محتوى عامة (jsDelivr وHugging Face). وتستطيع رؤية عنوان IP الخاص بك كأي موقع تزوره. ولا تستلم نصك.
- Tools you choose to use yourself, such as an external text-to-speech website, are not ours and have their own policies.الأدوات التي تختار استخدامها بنفسك، مثل موقع خارجي لتحويل النص إلى صوت، ليست لنا ولها سياساتها الخاصة.
- When online payment opens, a payment provider will process payments and we will update this policy.عند فتح الدفع الإلكتروني سيتولى مزوّد دفع معالجة المدفوعات وسنحدّث هذه السياسة.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data only when the law requires or to protect people and the Service.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها للإعلان. ونفصح عن البيانات فقط عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك أو لحماية الأشخاص والخدمة.
6. How long we keep dataمدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- Account and content: until you delete them. Deleting your account removes them from our live systems at once and from backups within 30 days.الحساب والمحتوى: حتى تحذفهما. وحذف الحساب يزيلهما من أنظمتنا الحية فورًا ومن النسخ الاحتياطية خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
- Failed and successful sign-in records: up to 24 hours for rate limiting. Security and administration logs: up to 12 months.سجلات الدخول الناجح والفاشل: حتى ٢٤ ساعة لتحديد المعدل. وسجلات الأمان والإدارة: حتى ١٢ شهرًا.
- Support messages: up to 24 months.رسائل الدعم: حتى ٢٤ شهرًا.
7. Securityالأمان
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, sign-in limits, optional two-step verification and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
نستخدم HTTPS وكلمات مرور مشفّرة وحدودًا لمحاولات الدخول وتحققًا اختياريًا بخطوتين وضوابط وصول. ولا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا. وإذا علمنا باختراق يمسّك فسنخبرك كما يقتضي القانون.
8. Your rightsحقوقك
You can see and download your data, correct it, delete your account, object to or limit some uses, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Most of this is in the Account page. For anything else write to us. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country. We handle personal data in line with applicable law, including Oman's Personal Data Protection Law.
يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتنزيلها وتصحيحها وحذف حسابك والاعتراض على بعض الاستخدامات أو تقييدها وسحب موافقتك حيث نعتمد عليها. ومعظم ذلك في صفحة الحساب. ولأي أمر آخر راسلنا. ولك أيضًا أن تشتكي إلى جهة حماية البيانات في بلدك. ونعالج البيانات الشخصية وفق القانون المعمول به، ومنه قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية العُماني.
9. Childrenالأطفال
The Service is not meant for children under 16. If you think a child gave us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
الخدمة غير موجهة للأطفال دون ١٦ سنة. وإذا ظننت أن طفلًا زوّدنا ببيانات شخصية فراسلنا وسنحذفها.
10. People in your videosالأشخاص في فيديوهاتك
If you upload a photo or voice of another person, you are responsible for having their permission. If you appear in a video without agreeing, report it from the Support page and we will review it.
إذا رفعت صورة شخص آخر أو صوته فأنت مسؤول عن الحصول على موافقته. وإذا ظهرت في فيديو دون موافقتك فبلّغ عنه من صفحة الدعم وسنراجعه.
11. Changes to this policyتغيير هذه السياسة
We will post changes here with a new date and tell you about important ones.
