شروط الاستخدام

Please read these Terms. They explain the rules for using Video Maker, in plain words.

يرجى قراءة هذه الشروط. فهي تشرح قواعد استخدام Video Maker بكلمات واضحة.

1. About these termsعن هذه الشروط

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Video Maker, the website and web app at videomaker.omanportal.net and its related pages (the "Service"). "We" and "us" mean the operator of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لـ Video Maker، أي الموقع وتطبيق الويب على videomaker.omanportal.net وصفحاته المرتبطة ("الخدمة"). تعني "نحن" مشغّل الخدمة. بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك الخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاستخدام المقبول. وإذا استخدمت الخدمة باسم جهة فإنك تؤكد أن لك صلاحية قبول هذه الشروط عنها.

2. The Serviceالخدمة

Video Maker lets you write scripts and create videos with a talking presenter, in English and Arabic. Videos are created on your own device, inside your browser. When you are signed in, your projects and pictures can also be saved on our server so you can open them on other devices. We may add, change or remove features. We will try to give notice of important changes.

تتيح لك Video Maker كتابة النصوص وصنع فيديوهات بمقدّم يتحدث بالعربية والإنجليزية. تُصنع الفيديوهات على جهازك داخل المتصفح. وعند تسجيل الدخول يمكن حفظ مشاريعك وصورك على خادمنا أيضًا لتفتحها على أجهزة أخرى. قد نضيف مزايا أو نغيّرها أو نزيلها، وسنحاول الإشعار بالتغييرات المهمة.

3. Your accountحسابك

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن ١٦ سنة أو أن تحصل على موافقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي.
• Give correct information and keep your email address up to date.قدّم معلومات صحيحة وحافظ على تحديث بريدك الإلكتروني.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else used it.احفظ كلمة مرورك سرية. أنت مسؤول عما يحدث في حسابك. أبلغنا فورًا إن ظننت أن شخصًا آخر استخدمه.
• One account is for one person unless you have a team plan.الحساب الواحد لشخص واحد ما لم تكن لديك خطة فريق.

4. Plans, limits and feesالخطط والحدود والرسوم

The Service has a free Base plan and may offer paid plans. Each plan has limits, for example the number of projects, storage, video exports per month and the length of a video. The limits of your plan are shown on the website and in your account. Every video made with the Service carries the Video Maker logo. You may not remove, hide, move, resize or replace it.

للخدمة خطة أساسية مجانية وقد تقدم خططًا مدفوعة. لكل خطة حدود، مثل عدد المشاريع والتخزين والتصدير الشهري ومدة الفيديو. تظهر حدود خطتك على الموقع وفي حسابك. ويحمل كل فيديو يُصنع بالخدمة شعار Video Maker، ولا يجوز إزالته أو إخفاؤه أو نقله أو تغيير حجمه أو استبداله.

Online payment is being prepared. Until it opens, a plan can be activated by us after you ask for it. When payments open, the price, the billing period, taxes and the refund rules will be shown before you pay. We may change plans and prices for the future, and we will tell you before a change affects a plan you already paid for.

الدفع الإلكتروني قيد الإعداد. وحتى يُفتح يمكننا تفعيل الخطة بعد طلبك. وعند فتح الدفع ستظهر لك الأسعار وفترة الفوترة والضرائب وقواعد الاسترداد قبل أن تدفع. قد نغيّر الخطط والأسعار مستقبلًا، وسنخبرك قبل أن يؤثر التغيير على خطة دفعت ثمنها.

5. Your contentمحتواك

You keep ownership of your scripts, pictures, clips, voice recordings and videos ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to store, process and show Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you (for example to sync your projects between your devices). We do not use Your Content to advertise, and we do not sell it.

تحتفظ بملكية نصوصك وصورك ومقاطعك وتسجيلاتك الصوتية وفيديوهاتك ("محتواك"). وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لتخزين محتواك ومعالجته وعرضه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة لك فقط (مثل مزامنة مشاريعك بين أجهزتك). لا نستخدم محتواك للإعلان ولا نبيعه.

You are responsible for Your Content. You promise that you have the right to use it, and that every person who appears or is heard in it has agreed, where the law or the Acceptable Use policy requires.

أنت مسؤول عن محتواك. وتتعهد بأن لك الحق في استخدامه، وبأن كل شخص يظهر فيه أو يُسمع صوته قد وافق، حيثما يقتضي القانون أو سياسة الاستخدام المقبول ذلك.

6. Acceptable useالاستخدام المقبول

You must follow our Acceptable Use policy. We may remove content, limit features or suspend an account that breaks it.

يجب أن تلتزم بسياسة الاستخدام المقبول. ويجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى أو تقييد المزايا أو تعليق الحساب المخالف لها.

7. Animated and AI presentersالمقدّمون المتحركون وبالذكاء الاصطناعي

Presenters in the Service are animated or generated. Do not present them as real recorded statements of a real person. Use a photo or a voice of a real person only with that person's clear permission. When you publish a video, we recommend telling your audience that the presenter is animated or generated.

المقدّمون في الخدمة متحركون أو مولَّدون. لا تعرضهم على أنهم أقوال مسجلة حقيقية لشخص حقيقي. واستخدم صورة شخص حقيقي أو صوته فقط بموافقته الصريحة. وعند نشر الفيديو ننصحك بإخبار جمهورك بأن المقدّم متحرك أو مولَّد.

8. Our propertyملكيتنا

The Service, its software, design, logo and name belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service while these Terms apply. You may not copy the Service, resell access to it, or try to reverse engineer it, except where the law allows. Some parts use open-source software under their own licences.

الخدمة وبرمجياتها وتصميمها وشعارها واسمها ملك لنا أو لمرخّصينا. نمنحك حقًا شخصيًا غير حصري في استخدام الخدمة طالما تسري هذه الشروط. لا يجوز لك نسخ الخدمة أو إعادة بيع الوصول إليها أو محاولة الهندسة العكسية لها إلا حيث يسمح القانون. وتستخدم بعض الأجزاء برمجيات مفتوحة المصدر وفق تراخيصها.

9. Safety, health and legal contentمحتوى السلامة والصحة والقانون

You decide what your videos say. The Service does not give professional advice and does not certify any training. If you make videos about safety, health, law or emergencies, you are responsible for checking that they are correct and suit your audience and local rules.

أنت من يقرر ما تقوله فيديوهاتك. لا تقدم الخدمة نصيحة مهنية ولا تعتمد أي تدريب. وإذا صنعت فيديوهات عن السلامة أو الصحة أو القانون أو الطوارئ فأنت مسؤول عن التأكد من صحتها وملاءمتها لجمهورك وللقواعد المحلية.

10. Availability and your copiesالتوفر ونسخك الخاصة

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We make backups, but you should keep your own copies of important work. You can download a project file or your data at any time.

نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكنها مقدمة "كما هي" وقد تنقطع للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا. نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية، لكن عليك الاحتفاظ بنسخك من الأعمال المهمة. ويمكنك تنزيل ملف المشروع أو بياناتك في أي وقت.

11. Suspension and endingالتعليق والإنهاء

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy, puts others or the Service at risk, or when the law requires. When an account is deleted, its data is removed from our live systems at once and from backups within 30 days.

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة الحساب. ويجوز لنا تعليق الحساب أو إغلاقه إذا خالف هذه الشروط أو سياسة الاستخدام المقبول أو عرّض الآخرين أو الخدمة للخطر أو عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك. وعند حذف الحساب تُزال بياناته من أنظمتنا الحية فورًا ومن النسخ الاحتياطية خلال ٣٠ يومًا.

12. Disclaimers and limits of liabilityإخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the Service will be error-free or fit for your particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون لا نضمن خلو الخدمة من الأخطاء أو ملاءمتها لغرضك الخاص، ولا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو الأرباح الفائتة أو ضياع البيانات. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا مقابل الخدمة خلال الأشهر الـ١٢ السابقة للمطالبة. ولا يقيّد أي نص هنا مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها قانونًا.

13. Changes to these Termsتغيير هذه الشروط

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. وسننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا بتاريخها، وعند التغييرات المهمة سنخبرك بالبريد أو داخل التطبيق. وإذا واصلت استخدام الخدمة بعد التغيير فإنك تقبل الشروط الجديدة.

14. Governing lawالقانون الواجب التطبيق

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you. If that fails, the competent courts in the Sultanate of Oman will decide it, unless the law of your country gives you stronger rights.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان. وسنحاول أولًا تسوية أي خلاف بالتواصل معك. فإن لم ينجح فتختص بنظره المحاكم المختصة في سلطنة عُمان، ما لم يمنحك قانون بلدك حقوقًا أقوى.
